No because company malfeasance is dealt with by bureaucrats through "administrative guidance" partly to keep it out of court.

So, Japanese pay taxes to the government and those taxes are also paid to respective ministries and hearings are held in camera?

Are the Japanese people too unimportant to learn of the dangers in the vehicles that they drive and could kill them?

Last I heard was that the Japanese public was one of the most educated in the world.

If they are deemed so unimportant then that is an awfully dire state of affairs!

Yes, the moderator squashed these types of comments before as it shows óbvio obsequiousness of the Japanese media to authority.
