Not just crude oil determines the price of fuel, but also factors such as processing costs, wages, etc. If those factors don't drop in price, then it is logic that the fuel prices decrease less than the crude oil prices.

Cheesehead, then why in almost every other country has the price of gas dropped more than Japan? In the Us, Canada, the price is down close to 40%. Are you telling me that they don't have the same costs. It is business as usual in Japan, screw the consumer and gouge them as there is nothing they can do about it.
