I was saying, around the same, on an American m/c board that when it comes to parts for our Honda, Yamaha,Suzuki & Kawsaki bikes. So it is a thought to us & since so many of us are driving cars or trucks made in Japan then the same.

Also Japan has turned out some lovely tractors, to catipillers, & so much more.

Back-up factories and alternative suppliers are only considered to meet for a temporary demand. Most of Japanese companies have built long-term relationships with suppliers and nurtured such relationships for decades (not a year). Natural disasters and other causes can be considered loss or disruption, but solutions are reachable. As 18 years of working is multiplied by an annual income for an average total of one person's income: $540,000, compared to 4 years of working at $240,000. Each supplier hires people, each manufacturer also hires people. All people do their jobs and receive compensation ... Japan and other countries follow a same business procedure to keep manufacturer-supplier relationship blossoming and growing. Tsunami and quake-hit and nuclear radiation causes seem to yield for Samurai Spirit growing and resurrecting now. Parts and components will be delivered soon to accelerate the production line at a peak. Gambare.
