Odd that the Fukushima nuclear incident wasn't listed as a cause, as it's been blamed for nearly everything else that went wrong back in 2011.

Japan will come roaring back, just as America is doing now. Unemployment claims down, exports up, growth in manufacturing output. These are all positive signs in both the USA and Japan. Looks like we've turned the corner thankfully!

I hate how some articles always use the annualized rate and not the actual quarter rate. Japan's gdp contracted .6% in the quarter not 2.3%
