Good practical idea.

Staff get to keep their job, accept a lower salary, have some free time, and the business survives.

Most people should be able to live with that.

Only in Japan is taking paid holiday national news.

I am just glad for these people. They work hard on jobs they get little enough appreciation. Difficult hours and commutes.
