I'd like to know how many people have been SAVED because of Takata airbags. I don't mean to belittle their defects or suffering they caused. I'm just curious about a numeric comparison between the saved v.s. the killed by Takata airbags.

@socrateos - Perhaps the questions to ask are -

(1) What level of collision triggers and airbag to deploy ?

(2) Of those considered minor & survival collision deployments - how many resulted in a deployment of a Takada airbag

(3) Of those in #2, how many resulted in Deaths due to faulty Airbags.

Before coming to Japan, none of the Cars I drove had Airbags.... so I cant really comment upon the above.

These Takata - Automaker's tag team is more dangerous than North Korea.

They sell products that kills not only their 'valued ' customers but also their families and friends .
