Really,... Name one company that ‘*openly **admits to sexual harassmen*t’.

Easier to ‘virtue signaling’ that ‘we have policies in place” and, after the fact, “we will strive to ensure there is not a reoccurrence

Have you ever watched animals of all kinds playing the mating game?

Biology and propagation of the species. And it happens in both directions.

guy you find attractive says/does something = No problem. "He's so sweet!"

guy you don't find attractive says/does something = Sexual harassment. "OMG! It was TERRIBLE!!"

What a strange discussion. Then make it something like the schools were organized decades ago, companies only with female staff and others only with male staff. No more stupid discussion and accusations, no possible workplace harassment, even equal pay, equal numbers of leading positions and so on, finally we can even look who has more success and why or why not. What are you waiting for? lol

A simple accusation of misconduct is enough to destroy a man's career. Even if proof and evidence later is revealed that he is innocent. The damage has already been done to his reputation/career.

A simple rape is enough to destroy a woman's life. Even if proof and evidence later is revealed that prove the man guilty. The damage has already been done to her life.

Big firms aren’t the problem. Look at Hollywood, American media, and Democrats. Why is Cuomo still in office? How was Biden elected (well, he really wasn’t)?

You want to solve sexual harassment? Go after the biggest culprits.

Strangerland, that's a poor attempt to justify your position. A rape victim's pain is never a reason to assume someone else's guilt. Guilt must be proven.

Why is Cuomo still in office?

Because the accusations haven’t been fully investigated yet.

How was Biden elected (well, he really wasn’t)?

Because he won the popular vote by a large margin (yes he did)

Do you believe this is a recent problem?
