Yeah, obviously! I guess when you kill someone their health can no longer be harmed any more, so killing them from overwork is a kind of permanent "cure" to any future illnesses. I mean, that's the only possible explanation of how they can honestly claim to be taking care of health when people are dying from overwork and they are doing zero to stop that.

Shame on Mitsubishi!

Maybe the SDF should recruit direct from Mitsubishi. Probably better working conditions!

Legislation? Guideline is more like it. And, what is the penalty for working someone to death? Say you are sorry and make a hollow promise that it won't happen again. What a joke! They should be severely penalising these slave drivers and even putting them in jail for working someone to death. It could be considered man slaughter.

Its not the government responsibility, as long as corporations make money, a death here or there is of no matter. Really try it, kill yourselves due to work and see what the government does? They really don't care. Your family are responsible and have a lot of paper work to do. That's the care and concern the ministry of labour have.

In case of Mitsubishi,did dead employee suffer from not only too much work but receiving more shout from his boss?I read that in farmer article.
