And...not a peep of criticism out of Musk toward the Chinese Communist Party regarding the blanket censorship of everything that exists there.

He will save that for democratic nations.

Right. I wonder how much he pushed for free speech absolutism in China. He is such a hypocrite. Even the fanboys cannot defend him on this.

Of course they did. Not saying China doesn't care about the safety of their people...but China doesn't care about the safety of their people.

TSLA can now attempt to get FSD approved and sell FSD in China after they integrate the street database. Not a game changer, not approved by China yet

Elon Musk is a mega-genius and a savior of mankind. I wish him sucess. However, I also wish success to the entire EV industry.

What an iconic champion of freedom of expression.

Did Musk get approval for X to be available inside China? No?

Did anyone find out how his lips tasted after those "meetings"? Bet they were nasty after so much kissing.

dagon: Tracking of any aircraft doesn't need any "app". It is public information, just like tracking of any commercial airliner is public information. Military flights with transponders enabled are also tracked, just with a 15 minute delay. All that guy did was figure out the owner of a few private planes and make knowing where they were really easy. Tracking your car using public data is legal in the US too, BTW. There are sites that track cop cars and post where speed-traps are placed. If you don't want to be tracked, maybe don't use the same car/plane all the time? Fly commercial and nobody will know where any individual is except the people in that part of the plane. We've all flown with famous people on planes. Did it really matter to you? If Musk didn't have a jet (or 5), then nobody would be nearly so interested in following a turbo prop plane around.

He will save that for democratic nations.

Why does he have to, he's a businessman and entrepreneur, and his goal is to make money and not dive into politics with the only exception that everyone should be allowed to say what they want.

Musk:Chinese state-backed flight tracking app, thanks for your hospitality!

Yes.

Absolutely, not sure what this idiot kid was doing and harassing the guy's privacy by giving the locations and GPS real-time updates as to where his plane was, I would sue as well.

He is, but that doesn't mean that he wants people to know where he lives or what he eats, you have crazy people in this world and some people would do this man harm, so this kid should take his threats seiously, you are putting people's lives in danger.

So Musk got help from Trump to be 100% Tesla in China, ie no Chinese partner, only to now having to partner up with Baidu for FSD. FSD, AI is the subject of a national security ban from USA.

I doubt Wall st fully digested this CCP trojan horse yet.

2 scenarios here, Tesla will be sanctioned by USA, or when China stole AI IP war will break out. IMHO, Musk is loosing his shine. I would be surprised if he gets to hold onto spaceX and Starlink in tne near future.

Now he sold his tech to the CCP! Traitor!

Departing top Tesla exec cashes out almost his entire stake for $181 million as longtime bull Ron Baron calls bottom in the stock

People who know about the inner workings of TESLA are cashing out. They see the writing is on the wall. Attempting to appease the CCP by being a mouthpiece for them on Twitter, giving away tech secrets, and telling the CCP what US government is doing with the Space X contracts will not save his car business. It just shows his desperation. Musk answers to the CCP!

Musk would sacrifice the United States and all of its residence if he thought it meant more people would like him. Those people, of course, would be Chinese, Russians, and Iranians.
