To the poster above; How exactly do those guys get into Japan? I recently landed a job in Tokyo and will be moving there at the end of this month from my home Toronto, Canada. I'm scared about showing up to Haneda airport with just a tourist visa and a one-way ticket. I can only imagine if those african guys get in than so can I

I wouldn't lend to Nigeria at 1.25%. also the irony of Japan lending to Nigeria is a good one. Just make the touts and drug dealers in roppongi send some of their earnings home.
