Nissan - the shame of Japan.

Great Job, NISSAN under new management.!

@Sindhoor
How do you explain the state aids?

@bokuda
Don't worry. Nissan's got sufficient cash on hand, so it isn't a zombie at all.
Chibakun
So really it's just another zombie company being funded by the state in the hope things will improve in the future.

Well yeah Nissan, so triple profits from a year ago... Going from rock bottom and then tripling profits doesn't mean you're a success. Triple them again next year and the year after that, then you'll probably be back to back when Ghosn was at the helm, before all this nonsense began.
Sven Asai
Profit won and already profit gone (Ghosn) lol, if they now have to pay back the helping money.

Japan lent Nissan $1bn cash last September, $2bn last November, and another $2.1bn on March.

They managed that why ? Because they Railroaded the guy that brought them back from Bankruptcy

sorry but that title belongs to Tesla and VW
DrTOM1957
So the first yearly profit forecast was off by 300%. That's extremely poor forecasting and make me wonder just how accurate this forecast is.

Probably the most overrated mediocre car brand.
Fiddlers
Most dishonest car company in the world.

I have zero faith or trust in Nissan, they just lie.

Trickle down....Kishida, you going to turn on the faucet? Next report should be about base up salaries and big bonuses right?

Nissan tripled its full-year net profit forecast on Tuesday as it rebounded from the impact of the pandemic with a strong quarterly performance, saying it expected to withstand challenges including the chip crunch and rising raw material prices.
According to the statements of PM Kishida that strong earnings would see a great distribution of wealth throughout society, we should be seeing the Nissan full timers, the part-time staffers, the teachers who teach corporate classes and the staff at nearby convenience stores all receiving from this glorious bounty?
