Union is main problem of US manufactures left the country and same thing happened in Australia as well.

I would respectfully disagree. The disappearance of unions among other factors has given rise to ceos getting much more on top and less at the bottom, and the part-timing work.

Germany has it right, IMHO. Employee representation on board (half) and sector-based unions.

Union is main problem of US manufactures ...

When the UAW was strong, the US was the world's supreme automotive giant, making fantastic cars, quite a few of which are still on the road today after 50 years. The decline of unions coincided with the decline of the US car industry. The CEOs got richer, though.
