@globalwatcher, i think there is investigation into this, and supposedly the authorities will crack down more heavily. But of course, we have seen stuff like this before and somehow big money is able to get away without serving time or paying big fines.

Nomura should disband its entire board, senior management, and start anew.

This is a white collar crime. No criminal investigation for this matter is beyond me. These Japanese shareholders are sending a wrong message to global investors. We will stay away from Japan's future. Good luck.
