This is yet another good argument for all of the renewable energy pushes, as well as electric car pushes from countries around the world. As well as the private sector yes.

Especially with solar panels, because you don’t have to worry about the economy, when the sun produces all of its solar radiation for free, regardless of the world economic status.

Solar power doesn't work so well in the parts of Russia above the Arctic Circle where the sun doesn't rise for maybe a couple of months in the winter. How are the Russians supposed to generate electricity and heat their homes in the winter?
