No I don't. I do remember how how fem-libs called it a brilliant move that would boost Nike's finances. Today, Nike stock is down about 10% since the ad came out, representing losses to the company's worth in the billions.

Bothered. It's just an advert. Although the fact that Piers Morgan (Daily Mail UK and UK breakfast TV "host") is against it does incline me to be a slight supporter.

True Gillette is losing market share, Schick is making a come back, haven't personally used Dollar shave club but its certainly getting popular.
Forbes has written an interesting article on this advert

People have way too much time on their hands.

You’re surprised that people buy and use the best-selling razor? Well, okay, we already know you don’t know much about business, but this is like saying “people but McDonalds??!”.
Just so we’re clear, you think every man who has ever shaved is fixing to change gender?
Bintaro
Am I supposed to be scarred for life, hurt in my masculinity now ?
Which part ? The one that encourage to man up and stop bullying ?
Or the part that say to not be a creep ?
Oh, it must the part that encourage to raise kids as decent human beings !
Damn you Gillette ! You maniacs ! Our civilization will crumble because of you !

Get woke and go broke, Gillette. Don’t put feminists in charge of your advertising campaigns.
Remember when Nike rolled out the Kaepernick advert and right wingers were screaming how Nike would go bust? Yeah, unsurprisingly, they were utterly incorrect. They will be with this as well.

The whole issue of 'toxic masculinity' when connected to a shaving products company is ironic given that a male shaving their face is the first step in transsexuality, habitually removing a secondary sexual characteristic to appear more feminine. 'Confused masculinity' seems a more appropriate term. And the rude and aggressive behavior chosen to exemplify such 'toxicity' is just being an arsevoid and there has never been a gender qualification necessary for that!

A good ad. Makes you think and that's a good thing.

Im surprised people use Gillette, Dollar shave club and Harry’s is a lot better and cheaper and less drama.
Kag
I don't see anything wrong with the ad.
They sent the message to all men, if someone felt stereotyped I don't think the problem is the ad.
CrazyJoe
As a man I like this ad. It's important for us to set an example pure and simple in large and small ways. The culture has changed and men can either put their beards in the sand or look up and get with it.

Good advert, makes me proud to buy Gillette.
StevieJ
So wanting men and young boys to act like responsible adults is a bad thing now?
The only folks online who are upset about this are MGTOW and incel types and let's be honest, they hate women.
bass4funk
This is just crazy!
