This is only the beginning of the downfall, the beginning of the world depression.
Mark my words, sales can only get worse and worse as the world's economies collapse!!

Japan is dead in the water at this point. An export driven economy with absolutely no leadership from the top. Aso thinks he can just copy whatever the US does in an effort to appear in control. What the Aso doesn't understand is that the situation is vastly different in the US. First tThe US can generate domestic consumption by blocking out foreign competitors. Second the US should now use it's dollar exchange rates to its benefit by pushing exports. In short, Japan and the US need to consider swapping past economic policies. The US needs to export more while becoming more protectionist at home and Japan must import cheaper foreign goods and generate more domestic spending. Welcome to a new topsy turvey world that will have the US economy up and roaring long before the Japanese can cry boo-hoo-hoo.
