What are the odds of a high school dropout becoming a billionaire? Probably about a billion to one.

If you can make money, this question becomes irrelevant.

But since most high school kids can't make squat, this question is irrelevant.

Depends.

Just take your GED and leave high school. +ACT/SAT etc for college entrance.

When I used to work for the Student Loans Company I saw fine examples of people with degrees who seemed unable to spell, write a proper sentence or even show signs of intelligence... so to those beautiful minds out there, what would a degree do for you? Would it help you develop a new fuel? Would it allow you to create the next stage in computer evolution? I say if the youngsters are that gifted, then let them run with it.

Silly question. They give a few examples of kids w/very special talents/iqs. It is really up to the kid and the parent and what the kid wants to do.

Drop out for work? For travel and a home stay? To get away from bullying? For pro sports training? Could answer yes or know to all of those.
