Sony chief promises profitability, but is short on specifics

Good for him bringing company to black after decade of losing money. He should enjoy his moment of glory while keeping strategy confidential. Keep the loyal customers happy and they'll stick with Sony.

intlobserver: I think you don't understand the meaning of the word gloating.

Mlodinow: you sound too simplistic and gloating too!  Did you read the whole article? Or if you did, were you able to comprehend what was written in there? The CEO did provide a strategy, of course not detailed business plans due to technical confidentiality.

Talk is cheap. If the CEO of a company the size of Sony can't even provide a basic strategy outline it's likely he doesn't even have one. Disaster waiting to happen.
