Sony makes the vast majority of its money from the entertainment side, having bought up other companies over the years. In terms of electronics, it is a shadow of what it used to be.

Yes, that’s surely true. They must have significant problems in their electronics branch. They almost beg on knees with nearly daily mails, that I use coupons, try strange earphones, visit their city store or buy a new Walkman music player. They have of course outstanding quality products, no doubt about that, but as for me, at unaffordable moon prices. Well it’s like maybe with most average and below people, we just can’t keep price inflation pace with in relation sinking income. Maybe a handful riches can save Sony and might feel a need for a tenth or twentieth Walkman with diamonds on it, for their home collection, not really needed, but just buying because they can. lol
