Since the Olympus scandal, and the way Michael Woodford was treated, I will never trust the accounting of a Japanese company again. Same goes for Toshiba.

You are right and the cook was an American company called Ernst and Young!

Didn't Toshiba sell it's Westinghouse business for about $4 billion which would appear to help it's profit profile.
Also the Westinghouse deal to Bain seems like happening which is apparently worth $18+ billion.
So no surprises re returning to Black.
