It’s hard to respect a news outlet like this one that uses words like “could” in the the title of an article.

This story has ramifications which effect policy on consumer safety and ultimately lives...and this particular writer goes with “could” in the headline?

Definitive answers please!

^^^I disagree, it is not so certain.... they could screw it up again after all, unfortunately!

Also, this:

There are still a few unresolved issues, though. Takata had until the end of 2020 to prove that inflators using ammonium nitrate with a moisture absorbing chemical are safe. If it can’t be proved, then Takata will have to recall millions more inflators. NHTSA has not yet made a decision on those inflators.
