As someone who’s actually trained, I can safely say the market and the larger economy are disconnected at the moment.
There is no economic reason for the market to be this high other than artificial, massive government intervention.

its called massive quantitative easing, unemployment still at 8.5%, 100000 small businesses still bankrupt, companies are not rehiring to cover their massive losses. Wall St isnt Main st

It was your boy who inherited a great economy (rebuilt by Democrats) and drove it straight into the ground just like his many businesses.

The same policies happened after 2008, and they worked pretty well -- the longest economic expansion in modern history. Nothing "artificial" about such measures in a low-inflation environment.

Take away the MQE, and the whole house of cards falls. I’m not saying it’s not necessary. I’m saying calling it anything other than weak is a fallacy.
