Now there's a display of corporate leadership/courage if I've ever seen one. I mean he bowed a few times, took a temporary cut in pay, and promptly swept it all under the rug. No wonder he got picked as the new CEO -- he's got the good-old boys backs. Japan will NEVR get the concepts of corporate governance or fiduciary responsibility.

Abe's government is too busy preparing to wage wars and talking about how great they imagine the economy is going to be, to enact laws that would form the basis for such criminal cases.
