Toyota was also the number 1 recalled company in Australia in 2021... Quantity does not equal quality.

According to news.com.au, the most recalled brand is Mercedes Benz with 48 recall notices in 2021, 1.4 recalls per model with some recall notices including several models thus making it more than 3 times the next most recalled brand.

Toyota had 15 recalls in 2021 selling 25 different vehicles therefore giving it a recall ratio of only 0.6 recalls per vehicle.
