i am not surprised at all,buyer with heart and common sense will choose Toyota for sure.reliability,variations and quality,dont need to mention resale value.

Buy our two then. I'm sick of forking out a minimum of $1000 or more every time one of them needs any kind of work and I hate working on them myself. They're made to be screwed together rapidly and cheaply with no consideration for fixing things when they break. Use and throw away. Never buy another Toyota again.

What the heck are you talking about? One of the biggest shortfalls is from a fire in the plant at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing.

As these markets develop and appreciate premium cars as opposed to whitegoods on wheels, Toyota will flunk like in Europe. Also, Toyota's reliability is not the same as before. In Australia, although number 1 seller in 2021 due to its utes, Toyota had the highest number of recalls amongst all brands.

My Toyota doesn't have any chips.

My concern level for Toyota’s well being doesn’t amount to much..I’m sure they have plenty of money

Aside from being hit by a chip shortage the lead image makes me think a couple of models were hit with the ugly stick!
