UNIQLO gives away 200,000 Heattech innerwear items worldwide

UNIQLO on Tuesday announced a worldwide launch of its "2014 Feel The Warmth" campaign, whereby it will give away its Heattech thermal innerwear to applicants UNIQLO selects, based on their explanation of how they or someone they know is regularly exposed to the cold through the winter.

For 2014, "Feel The Warmth" will provide 200,000 articles of Heattech across 15 countries and regions - twice as many items as in previous years.

"Feel The Warmth" launched in 2011, to display the effectiveness of Heattech warmth technology and keep people who are regularly exposed to the cold warm. Now in its fourth year, UNIQLO has given away approximately 300,000 items of Heattech to a wide range of people who as part of their daily lifestyle face the cold – for example, nursery school teachers, police officers, school clubs, and apple farmers in Japan, as well as street artists in Paris, yoga instructors in New York, construction workers in Moscow, and oriental medicine practitioners in Taipei.

This would be nice for older people who get cold faster than others.
