Who's interested ? The other Carlos (Tavares) got the merger with FIAT for Peugeot and he's persuading many of the other good execs from Nissan-Renault to leave and join him.
They had none because Ghosn fired every younger person that seemed able to get as much influence as himself (or maybe those he feared would dare recheck his accounts, but he forgot a pair). That includes Toyota's VP Didier Leroy.

Great choices. Notice how Japanese corporations appoint non-Japanese foreigners to high executive positions.
You will never see an American auto company appoint an ethnic Japanese person to a high executive position.
Shows you the truly progressive ones.

I am not sure there is anything they can do at this point that will undo the damage done by Ghosn's ouster. However, with that said, at least they are bringing in younger leadership, including non-Japanese executives.

Paving way for a possible second non- Japanese major investor perhaps.

50% of non-Japanese white collar executives at Nissan inc should be ideal for all Share-holders. Things will change for good operations.Operations should be In English and Japanese for everyone to operate correctly.Change is not changing just Japanese to Japanese executives. It is a real 50% & 50% issue to achieve a real forward going profits for all involved with a outside board of French , who all must speak English or any other nationals who speaks English. If Nissan wants improvement this type of change is needed.

too late. I'll never buy a Nissan vehicle again after the outrageous behavior of the company over the past two years.

Stephen Ma must have some trepidation about joining Nissan after knowing what happened to Carlos.
