Tesla comes under growing China pressure after customer complaint

Kind of funny and ironic but the two places Tesla wants to move production to in order to leave California, China and Texas, are both investigating Tesla. Texas wants the logs from a car that was involved in a fatal high speed crash where apparently nobody was in the drivers seat yet Elon Musk claims in a tweet that the self driving feature was not engaged and is threatening legal action to get them. Now this situation in China where Tesla has a huge factory. Meanwhile California continues to offer substantial rebates to people who buy electric cars, rebates which obtw just happen to be a major reason for Tesla's early success.
