Brexit and stability are mutually exclusive terms

Honda should note that the deadline for Brexit is the end of March and act accordingly.....

UK is a very good spot for business, can't understand why some wants to be out from the already settled place whether it's because of Brexit or not.

So Honda says

a "worst-case scenario" no-deal Brexit

The worst case scenario would be if the U.K. remains in the EU and gives up its sovereignty.

Brexit and stability are mutually exclusive terms

No, they aren't. The U.K. can make its own trade deals with other countries just like it did for centuries before the EU popped up.

Long enough for them to get out is what they really mean....

I hope the EU rejects this request for stay of execution. Its simply just prolonging the inevitable, and whilst during any extension Europe will prosper, the UK will decline since none will wish to invest there without knowing 100% what the final outcome will be.

Brexit tells one thing clearly and loudly": one single referendum vote isn't democracy.

Or maybe not.

U.K. did have many other things in mind not to belong the EU, monetary Euro or Pond, independent of EU economy rules, immigration issues, Brexit to them EU for others is the key UK doesn't want EU the same, to make differences of other European Member nations, what to be talked and determined won't be cleared UK wants only to be independent from the EU rules, what? The Commonwealth? ...And USA of Trump?

That is a good reflection on the situation instead of the usual diatribe of the EU FUD, thank you for posting.

The UK has a deficit of close to €90 billion with the rest of the EU, guess who can play hardball if a no deal Brexit eventuate.

For EU advocates, think about the upside for Italy, Ireland, Spain etc if the EU did breakup (and the € is replaced with national currencies instead, ie monetary independence). I can only see the Greeks having a hard time because they were locked into a deal with creditors.

Honda wants to leave the UK and now wants to dictate the terms of the UK leaving the EU.

Good old British politics is not going to change any agenda just to suit Honda. It's up to Honda to adapt, like any other foreign company in the UK is doing.
