U.S. bans American companies from selling to Chinese phone maker ZTE

ZTE did this to themselves. I have zero sympathy for companies who don't follow agreements after being caught violating international laws.

That's not true as for example Samsung is a mayor hardware deliverer to all phone makers, do your homework before barking nonsense. No country makes all components for smart phones.

Good movement President Trump, actually the Chinese/Korean companies can not produce any Hi-tech gadget without Japanese components that only the Japanese are capable made.
