First an assumption, second a "could be" guess. Fact of the matter this guy has no idea why, as he knows that the statistics regarding unemployment here are screwed up and totally unrealiable!

Sure, but my point was about the inclusion of part time and irregular work in employment statistics.

Those farm retiree already passed away or just can not physical able to go to field. So availability still there but is it really filled? 12 hours outdoor in summer or cold autumn , that's not easy.

The problem right there is referring to people as "capital", wealth or assets owned by organizations.

That is how the LDP and Japan Inc. see it, and why the Japanese worker is in the condition it sees today.

So, again...define your skills and that should better give you a definition of whether or not the job you're qualified is "a good thing or not".
