In my humble opinion the government here is the LAST entity that should be "supervising" any industry. These paper pushers are not going to know the difference between a pencil and a piston!

Finally some oversight! In addition, bar them from selling for "enjoying" in their financial reports about using cheap "intern" labor!

Pray tell how are koumuin here going to provide oversight into a business they have no idea about?

Interesting! And, who punishes the government for their wrongdoings?

Wrongdoing ? That is a serious charge.

It's not a charge in this case, it's a proven fact.

When Japanese bureaucrats used to direct and manage the economy, during the postwar years, the Japanese economy was the envy of the world. Not dissimilar to how Beijing's communist politburo today is actively directing the world's most successful economy.

Japan's real-economy problems began after the ongoing "structural reforms" from the mid 90s and the creeping neo-liberalism, which among other things, put more authority in the hands of corporations and their "stakeholders."

Not good news for me. But one of my Subaru cars has clocked 200000km, been in about ten minor accidents, and during a typhoon was hanging over a cliff like a holliwood movie. Still going fine.

basically all Japanese companies are untrustworthy. Wonder why they chose Subaru and not Toyota?

We have to learn that companies big or small, humans comes first. All these kind of incidents are happening because people in training are not taught with good guide

lines. People are taught as long as nobody found out , only monetary results matters.

This is the beginning of all errors.Founders & co-founders are different, they love their life-work.
