Let's just put Tim Horton's in every 7-11 and call it game over. 7-11 does not want Canadian ownership. Japanese will likely boycott them and only buy at Familymart, Lawson, Mini-Stop or Daily Yamazaki.

I don't remember Japanese "boycotting" 7-11 convenience stores when it was American owned. They did a brisk trade, in fact.

The way the company is heading, they will struggle to keep control of all their businesses. Plenty of competition for the consumer.

The headquarter of this company is in Montreal. I like Montreal and that's why I welcome the company come to Japan!
