Can this be true? Is he not aware of all the hidden barriers Japan erects to protect its markets.
“Members look forward to a swift recovery of Japan’s economy, which will enable it to become once again an engine for economic growth in the world economy,” he said in a statement.
They say this after 20 years and more of sluggish growth and deflation?

an american lawmaker was being interviewed on TV and he said Japan should first join the TPP then start renegading some of its commitment afterwards not approach TPP and say this is off limits...that's how the US works.
