Of course Okada paid money to grease the wheels in the Philippines. Just as Wynn did in Macau and Las Vegas, and those interested in Japan will do. This is how international big business gets done. Do you think it's simply a bunch of nice, honorable men sitting at a table signing straightforward contracts? Think again.

While Steve was busy lawsuit, Elaine won divorce lawsuit. One day, she went to divorce judge to give her all money she won on divorce settlement. Judge was curious. What to use? She said worthy cause. Then next day, smith center announced it will not close project. We all found. Elaine donated entire divorce decree money.
Steve did not bribe to create casinos in Vegas. He had small casino. After mafias were chased away, all. casino owners became profitable. Money mafias were skimming became their profit. They paid. Annual csino operators fee to state. Then there is no state income tax.
