An 18-year-old boy has been arrested over the hit-and-run death of a 65-year-old woman cyclist in Nagoya.
According to police, the incident occurred at around 12:10 a.m. Sunday. Yahoo News quoted police as saying that the boy was driving under the influence of alcohol when he hit Eiko Mori as she was on a crossing at an intersection in Nakamura Ward.
The suspect, who has been charged with vehicular manslaughter, said he fled the scene because he knew he was drunk.

Um. Not another one! This time the "woman cyclist is a victim". I mean it really reminds me of another similar incident JT brought up recently, though, a "19-year-old male cyclist was the victimizer" in the former article.
