Police in Kishiwada City, Osaka Prefecture, have arrested three employees at a care facility for people with intellectual disabilities, on suspicion of abusing a male resident in his 50s in February.
The man died of an unspecified illness in March, Sankei Shimbun reported. However, after being consulted by the man’s family, police examined surveillance camera footage at the facility, which showed the man being abused in his room by caregiver Shingo Shiroma, 26, and two other employees, both Vietnamese intern trainees.
Police said camera footage showed the three suspects punching the man in the head and kicking his lower body on several occasions.
Police said Shiroma has admitted to the allegation and quoted him as saying, “He always got agitated while I was busy and no matter how many times I warned him, he wouldn't listen to me. I got so frustrated that I punched and kicked him.”
According to the facility's website, the facility can accommodate approximately 100 people.

nothing more to add...
Fighto!
Rest in Peace to the poor disabled man.
These two Vietnamese cowards, and the Japanese "supervisor", need to be jailed. When released the Vietnamese need to be deported and sent home in shame, penniless.
Perhaps Vietnam is not sending their best? A much higher bar needs to be set to allow people like these the privilege of living and working in Japan.

Will develop more and more.
Who wants to take care of mentally disabled persons ? Only a limited pool of people. And usually it'd better be women.
More and more old people and less and less young ones. What could go wrong ?

RIP to this man. But unfortunately it is bound to happen more and more.

This murder seem to symbolize present Japanese society where human-rights or social vulnerable are hated, unfortunately.

Hmm I guess these type of things will happen less once these type of workers get help from robots in the coming years...
