Their parents must be so proud right now.

The minors will get juvenile detention and a slap on the wrist but the 20 year old will likely be faced with prison time?

It must have been one very big fire extinguisher, if it took people to do this.

“The minors will get juvenile detention and a slap on the wrist but the 20 year old will likely be faced with prison time?’

is that a question or a statement?

Musashi must be one righteous dude, kicking it with junior high schoolers. Party on doode!

Easy. ‘No, we aren’t at all the bad ones. First we saw a black dressed suspect at the police car and therefore threw the extinguisher into his direction and because he tried to set it on fire before he fled the scene we used the contents of the extinguisher all over the car to prevent any dangerous fire.’ Can a judge ever resist to such an explanation with anything and give a severe punishment? I don’t think so. lol

The question mark at the end of the sentence may be a clue.

This is what happens when you don't properly prosecute those under 20.

"one junior high school student, two high school students, and three other male minors"

"Kōchi is the capital city of Kōchi Prefecture located on the island of Shikoku"

Its on a nice but a somewhat small island, nice in summertime, surprised at this news from students.

"It's good to know that every country has it's morons."

I saw some of those young bully-morons walking down the street near a base. I hope they dont slide into an event in that territory, cause then SHTF.

It took 7 able bodied individuals to throw one fire extinguisher? How big was this fire extinguisher - did they steal it from a giant's house at the top of the beanstalk? Either way, what an absurd turn of events. Were they so bored that they thought, 'Hey, let's go destroy some public property! Ooh a cop car! The perfect target. We won't get caught at all!" Eejits.

"Six teens and one adult (male)." Did they take turns or do it repeatedly or what? "Hey, we're twenty meters or so away. Let's each throw it about three meters until it reaches the target." Bad writing, translation or both.

Rising juvenile delinquency.

I would not be surprised if they did that to post on “tik tok”.

Woman being stalked. -not enough evidence to justify police time or arrest.

Teens spray a car with foam. -Six days devoted to tracking them all down via CCTV, arresting and charging them.

I thought someone would blame Facebook, but times have changed and TikTok has been fingered as the Bond Villain behind this appalling act of foam-assisted aggression.

Did the car survive?
