Police said Saturday they have arrested a 63-year-old man in connection with the murder of a company president in Mutsuzawa, Chiba Prefecture, in February.
According to police, Hidekazu Tanaka, 61, was stabbed to death in his home in the early hours of Feb 3. TBS reported that investigators discovered blood stains first inside a bamboo grove behind Tanaka's residence, and continuing down the road for almost 1.5 kilometers. DNA analysis of the blood led police to Genichi Kawamata, a resident of Koto Ward in Tokyo.
Kawamata had already been arrested for another crime, police said.
Police quoted Kawamata as admitting to the crime and said there had been some trouble with a business deal between himself and Tanaka.

Aren't there legal channels to resolve "business deal" disagreements?
