Police in Mine, Yamaguchi Prefecture, have arrested a 64-year-old man on suspicion of murder after he allegedly set fire to his house, killing his physically disabled 79-year-old brother.
According to police, Tatsuo Fukuda, set fire to the two-story house he shared with his brother Masami at around 2 a.m. Tuesday, Fuji TV reported. The fire destroyed the house, killing Masami who was asleep at the time.
Tatsuo was picked up by police in his car a short time later. He was quoted by police as saying he set fire to the house because he was feeling anxious about how he and his brother could make ends meet in the future.

Not that I don't understand the feelings of the 64-year-old man, but it's bad to go that far to kill his brother.
That said, given his physically disabled 79-year-old brother, um, that sounds like a lot of bother... I mean, "the wearer best knows where the shoe wrings him." RIP.
