Saitama prefectural police have arrested a 69-year-old man on suspicion of obstructing police in the performance of their duties after he called Kawaguchi Police Station more than 1,300 times over a one-month period, using abusive language and making complaints.
Police said the suspect, Yoshio Shimada, who lives in Nishikawaguchi, Kawaguchi City, called the police station 1,307 times until July 9, NHK reported. He repeatedly insulted whoever answered the phone with comments like “You’re fired,” “You are tax thieves and idiots” and "I need an arrest warrant.”
Police said Shimada made the calls from his mobile phone and had been warned by the police about similar nuisance calls before.
Police quoted Shimada as saying, “I think I called too many times.”

He must have been on a good plan with his mobile phone.
Wonder who he was with.

10 times wasn't enough for a warning? 20 times an arrest? 50?

He says needs an arrest warrant - sounds like he got one!
Fighto!
He's an old dropkick and a waste of oxygen.
Lock him up.
