A play area where i use to go with my 3 year old daughter twice different creepy old man starring and approach my daughter wanted to shake hand.Other time in the same shopping center take lunch with my daughter old man approach and starting to talk with us especially looking at my daughter insistently.make me sick only thinking.

I reckon the rate is higher here because Japanese parents don’t seem to watch their children very well in public places. You don’t need to mandate leashes to cut down on this in Japan, just educate people more and get rid of the Japanese nonsense that Japan is so safe you don’t need to watch your kids that closely in public.

I was at AutoBacs one day with my son when he was 4. I left him in the play area but I stayed within view of him AT ALL TIMES! I saw this guy go up to him and stooped down to talk to him. He asked him "Where are your parents?" my son said "I don't know!" but didn't know I was right there watching and walking over to where they were. The guy brushed my son's hair and said "Kawaii na!" just as I got up to the play area. In a flash, I grabbed his wrist and really hard PUNCHED him in his stomach very quickly and secretly. Nobody saw. I told him "Daddy's right here son!" while maintaining eye contact and getting a PROPER look at him. The guy looked at my son, me and walked away doubled over in pain.

I read this and remembered my son's situation and what would've happened if I were not there or on the other end of the store and it angered me again. What law is imposed for these sickos to stop them from doing their disgusting acts on innocent children?
