Safety japan? Frankly, historically that was never the case.

Japan has always had the same issues as other nations.

One thing that stands out in Japan is the number of violent crimes committed by elderly men. In most places, people mellow as they age, but in Japan there are some seriously screwed up old men.

Did he return daily to administer a few whacks at a time? Ninety-three but he still needs to go to jail and if he's doing that at such an advanced age, maybe he has some prior experience.

We are back in Iron Age, aren’t we? Knife attacks, hammer attacks, tank attacks. What’s going on here on planet Earth? Something in the drinking water or drugs in the food? Are soon the first ones climbing back onto trees with a banana and a stone?

Same as always. The news of course do not report all the normal days that most people have. That said, a hammer attack at age 93 is not something one hears about often.
