In one way or the other we all do. It is the human condition.

Traces of illegal narcotics were found in his system but no needle mark was on his body, prompting police to investigate the case as a possible murder. 

Umm, I'm not sure I agree with this detective work. He could have overdosed by accidentally snorting heroin or something. Obviously, nobody in the Wakayama PD has seen Pulp Fiction.

He wasn't a Don Juan because these women were not falling in love with him. He was paying large sums of money for sex. In the escort business, they called him "a trick". He was just well known for being one of the most prolific "tricks".
