RIP to this poor woman... and the bloke who found her must be in a state of shock... what a horrible thing to do to anyone.

An examination showed the body's head, arms and legs were likely cut off using some type of blade
No, really? Some type of blade? Close examination of the abrasions on the bone can tell you what was used in this incident. Hand saw, power saw/chainsaw or axe each have distinctive marks. 4 plus years of Criminal Forensics tells me so.

Man, that's just brutal..

Maybe he used a high pressure water jet those things cut through Rock and steel like butter
paradoxbox
those are still blades

@micheal. Ever heard of axil grinders? Tools used to cut bike locks?
Michael Jackson
My comment was directed at the obvious fact that if something was cut off then a blade must have been used

So many weirdos out there!

Why not just say "torso"?
I was looking for the sentence at the end that says, "Police strongly suspect foul play." LOL

Having your head, legs, and arms cut off are pretty major injuries. Doesn't seem like there are many more majorly injuries that could be inflicted on the torso.

The body parts were probably posted to somebody over unpaid debts.

I've surfed near there and it gives me the creeps thinking about it especially if it had floated down to the beach.

" the body's head arms and legs were likely cut off using some type of blade" Wow, great police work there
