FSA steps up scrutiny of banks to fight dirty money

Probably a lot of shifty money transfers abound including politicians. The recent Moritomo Gakuen scandal reeks of suspect political money "transfers."

follow it all the way to the top..... hmm i doubt it, looking for a fall guy as we speak one would imagine.

Japanese bankers probably think themselves as being immune from money-laundering, well besides their "special customers" anyway.
