Its a cultural illness that goes back centuries.

I truly hope that the police that "examine" these photos are female. I understand why some women don't go to the police over certain incidences like perverts taking upskirt photos because how does one know that these male police officers aren't taking long looks at the photos.

When the system FAILS rape and sexual assault victims, when predators are let out of jail after 6 or 8 months, when victimized little boys and girls are taught to keep quiet, this is what you get.

Japan needs to take a second and harder look at it's justice system and start applying tougher penalties.

If someone is convicted of rape or sexually assault they could face up to 10 to 30 years in prison and in some countries are put to death.

Many people ask why so many J men are obsessed with young girls. I have a theory. It has to do with the majority of the Japanese population not allowed to have a relationship during Junior High and High School. They might feel like they've "missed out" on those experiences. Also, because the majority of Japanese men are shy, only the few "bad boys" who have all the confidence, get all the girls. In other words, the majority of the population in Japan is sexually frustrated/deprived (especially males). Solution: 1. Allow students to date 2. Teach boys and girls on how to date and be confident. 3 Learn about safe sex and contraception.

Start executing convicted child molesters and rapists and eventually the problem will be resolved.
