Man held over over knife incident at prince's school to have psychiatric test

No matter what the test results are, if you 1) paint two fruit knives pink, 2) attach them to an aluminum bar, 3) dress up as a plumber, 4) intended to stab a child, 5) leave the whole contrption on the child's desk, you have serious psychiatric problems....

Just read some other guy committed a crime and he got to walk because he was deemed unaware as to what he did. So I'm sure the jsystem will have this guy walk too. Sheer brilliance, that!
