How do people come with such and business idea?

Easy as long as there are enough idiots to actually believe them... but since most humans are basically walking amoebas, thats a profitable business.

Like most conmen and fraudsters, they apparently targeted the elderly. I hope they get some real punishment, and have to bow super deeply before being let off with the usual slap on the wrist.
