Are the laws against public urination in Japan as strict as they are in the States? Of course it varies from locale to locale, but they can throw the book at one if they want to. Meanwhile, in Paris, they have public urinals almost on every block.....at least for males.

BTW I don't believe this guy!!  I have seen J-guys answer the call of nature all over the place, with their cars idling nearby EVEN on highways!!

What can I say? I lost my gold license 6 years ago in the same situation! It was 2am and I was the only one on the Highway... well except for the unmarked car.... I wasn’t going this fast but I did get stopped then they led me to the next rest area and waited for me to finish before getting my ticket.

It's a classic lie and hard to believe, but if it's true, I feel for this guy. I stopped in a very iffy no stopping zone once and ran into a roadside McDonald's once to answer a call of nature. I was sure to not find my idling car when I came back but got really lucky!

This is why I don't eat spicy foods on a weekday.
